Gareth McKeen - CEO/Company Secretary
Gareth became CEO in May 2012 having previously been CEO for another iconic Illawarra community service organisation, WEA Illawarra. He holds a Masters of Management degree and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. His volunteer roles have included as a Director on Wollongong Housing Trust, Chair of Illawarra Olympic Fundraising Committee, Legacy Community fundraising committee, Treasurer of Wollongong Mountain Bike Club and currently as a volunteer with the Vinnies food van. A keen mountain biker, Gareth spends his spare time competing in cross country endurance events in Australia and overseas.
Judy Barker - Manager Organisational Services
Judy Barker joined The Cram Foundation in 2015 and has worked for over twenty years in business and consulting including executive and senior management roles with national and multination organisations. She has worked in numerous industries including disability, aged care, government, manufacturing, private sector and sales. Her experience in areas such as HR, strategic planning, finance, payroll, OHS/WHS and workers compensation provide her with a unique blend of business and HR capability.
Judy has led comprehensive organisational restructures and implemented programs to improve effectiveness of businesses with clear alignment between individuals’ contribution and organisational outcomes. She is also Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Haylee Sarris - Manager Services and Operations
Haylee joined The Cram Foundation in 2016. She has 15 years’ experience in the disability service sector and has held direct support care, Team Leader and management positions. She is passionate about person-centred approaches and ensuring organisational policy and procedures result in positive outcomes for service users.
