NDIS

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is the primary funding source for people with a disability in Australia. The philosophy behind the NDIS is that a person with a disability should have choice and control over the services they receive to support their life needs, goals and aspirations.

A key aspect of the NDIS is that funding is provided for supports that are regarded as being both ‘reasonable’ and ‘necessary’ for your daily living needs and lifetime goals.

Cram is a registered provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme and we can offer support to you as part of your NDIS funding package and plan. Cram is registered with NDIS in the areas of

  • Supported Independent Living (group homes)
  • Specialist Disability Accommodation
  • Medium Term Accommodation
  • Assistance with daily personal activities
  • Social and Community Participation
  • Transportation
  • Nursing
  • Coordination of Supports.

We can also assist you to navigate your way through the NDIS planning process.

The Cram Foundation will charge for NDIS services as set out in the NDIS Price Guide rate applicable to the date on which the service is provided. For more information on the most up to date rates for service, please go to: https://www.ndis.gov.au/providers/price-guides-and-pricing

As a registered provider The Cram Foundation will require participants to enter into a service agreement for services.

The Cram Foundation are entitled to use the Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP) and price limits and apply the TTP to relevant services and adjust service bookings accordingly.
