Respite Services
The Cram Foundation offers flexible and personalised respite services and activities for adults and children with a disability and their families to enable families to have a break from their caring responsibilities. We are committed to providing a reliable and high quality service experience so that families are secure in the knowledge that their family member is being well supported as they take a well-deserved break.
Services are tailored to meet the needs of each individual family and respite may include one or more strategies for the person with a disability, the primary carer or family:
Support within the home to enable the primary carer to take part in family activities to have opportunities for families to take time out to relax and nurture relationships and friendships.
Out-of-home respite in an alternative accommodation setting (such as a respite house) for a person with a disability.
Support in the community for a child or adult with a disability to take part in social and recreational activities in the community whilst enabling the primary carer to have a break.
You and your family member will be supported by a passionate, dedicated and experienced team of staff, trained to meet your family members support requirements.
